BIRCHBOX Unboxing for December 2015 ♥

I'm in my final month of pregnancy (baby #3) so it's been really hard for me to keep up with posting my beauty unboxings....

But I'm feeling great today and baby L is napping right now so I decided to post my December 2015 box!  Above was the sneak peek on my account.

The December box was very 'wintery'.

This month I received:

gorge Daily Hair Spray

This hair spray is infused with organic lime oil, green tea essence and quinoa proteins.

Sounds very interesting...It smells very fresh and summery.

Christian Siriano Silhouette Eau de Parfum

Perfume samples are perfume samples...very small and not all scents are that great.

This one however smells rather nice and actually smells more like a men's cologne to me.

This was our sample choice this month and I picked the sampler with the turquoise shade.

I don't own a shade in that color so I wanted to experiment with it.

MALIN + GOETZ clarifying clay mask

I've sampled a few MALIN+GOETZ facial products and so far I've loved all of them.

This is a new product for me...a clay mask!

I love masks and I will try this today.

Jane Iredale Cheek & Lip Stain - Forever Peach

I received this same product (different shade) back when I had multiple Birchbox accounts.

It's very interesting...when applied at first it's clear and then it slowly adjusts to your skin to a customized shade.  Very cool!

The turquoise is very pretty...and the third swatch is the lip stain.

Overtime it actually got darker.

I was a bit underwhelmed by my December box but it wasn't bad either.

Last year we all got a piece of chocolate so somewhere I was hoping for a bonus snack.

Freckled Fawn December 2015 Kit ::GYPSY:: ♥

Here is the December Embellishment Kit from Freckled Fawn.

This kit consisted mainly of embellishments and acrylics.

Only a few stickers.  I prefer the planner items but I may start on scrapbooking anyways.

This is my last Embellishment Kit.

For January, I switched over to their new Planner kit which is smaller, cheaper and more planner appropriate.  I'm so excited !

BIRCHBOX December 2015 ::Sample Choice, Featured Box & BB Plus Add-Ons:: ♥

The December sample choice video has been up for a while now but I'm just now getting to posting this.  Been very busy here!

I love the white box--very wintery and hello~ Lorelei's hair is amazing!  I see hints of purple!

December Sample Choice:

Coastal Scents Eyeshadow duo or Hair volumizing spray.

They said EVERY box will get an eyeshadow sample so even if you pick the hairspray sample you're still getting an eyeshadow, you just won't know which color you'll get.

I went ahead and picked a shade for myself (since I don't use volumizing hair products).

I picked the first sample--the one with the teal green and gold!

That teal shadow looks very pretty and I don't own that color.

BIRCHBOX PLUS ADD-ONS

I really love the upgrade options this month but I found them all to be pricey.

That Umbra organizer box was on my mind but...I found it pricey.

Then I totally thought about getting the Rifle Paper Co. Calendar but at $22? I don't know...

I think I'll stick with my personalized calendar next year like I did for this year.

So although the options were great, I didn't pick anything.  And I believe as of now most of these are sold out.  Did you upgrade this month?

This is the December Planner Kit by Pop Fizz Paper.

She also announced that she has opened her own website where she will sell her exclusive kits.

So happy for her!

Normally we receive it in a bubble mailer but this month we got a nice sturdy box!

It was wrapped up all nice in tissue and krinkle papers.

I love it!!  There were so many awesome goodies this month.

First, the sticker kit.

Super cute--I love the countdown globes and her hand drawn penguins.

Always the perfect amount for a weekly layout.

Awesome planner goodies this month.

I especially loved the Paper punch, the paperclips and OMG the adorable planner charm♥♥

The washi roll is super cute too!!  And I'm happy it's a full roll--not a sampler.

I will continue to support Pop Fizz Paper and I hope I'm able to snag her next kit.
